The colourful houses at Deal, taken from the pier in bright sunlight. The clear winter air means the shadows are dark and the colours are strong. There is only one person in this picture, a woman in a red coat nicely balancing the composition on the left!

The print size fits a standard frame size sold by Ikea and many others. Each print has a caption and the name of the photographer, David Purdie printed in the white space below the image.
